I offer individual therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Therapy can provide a space to slow things down, to think, and to explore experience in a more deliberate way. For some, this may involve a small number of focused sessions; for others, it may become a longer-term piece of work.
My approach is collaborative and reflective. I aim to create a space where immediate concerns can be attended to, while also making room to notice patterns, meanings, and the wider contexts in which difficulties take shape.
I currently offer therapy online.
