I offer supervision and reflective consultation to a broad range of practitioners whose work involves supporting others.
I am a practitioner on the British Psychological Society's Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS), and bring together experience as a therapist, academic, researcher, educator, and supervisor in this work.
My approach is informed by counselling psychology and shaped by a longstanding interest in reflective practice, professional development, and the complexities of working with people.

Supervision provides a reflective space for thinking carefully about practice, uncertainty, and professional development.
For me, supervision is not only about solving immediate problems. It is also about developing understanding, strengthening professional identity, and creating opportunities to think about the wider context in which our work takes place.
My aim is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where ideas can be explored openly and thoughtfully.
I am particularly interested in working with people who value curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to engage with complexity.

Supervision is currently offered online.
Individual and group arrangements may be discussed depending on circumstances and requirements.

Fees
Fees are agreed individually and depend upon the nature, format, and frequency of the supervision being requested.
As an indication, supervision fees typically begin at £175 per hour.
Reduced rates may occasionally be available for trainees and practitioners working within voluntary or community settings.
